Learn this theory and teach your team. You will see results.
Week 4
Think Win-Win
Help your staff understand the culture of mutual results and reciprocity.
Get them the book How to Win Friends and Influence People.
It will change everything.
Week 5
Seek first to understand before being understood.
This one is hard.
Empathetic listening for clues of
mutual wins.
2 ears, and 1 mouth for a reason.
Get your team better at this and your customers will refer you to friends and family, using your staff's name

Synergize
Combine team strengths for maximum results.
