The bi-weekly events will be led by one or BOTH Toby and Klark.
Klark has over 20 years of high-level experience in disaster restoration and entrepreneurship. 5 Years as a very effective business coach and performance leader provides the perfect mix to help a company of any size find its optimum potential.
Toby has strength in operations, systems, and procedures. Between organizational structure, process implementation, and staff accountability, he is perfectly positioned to help create more autonomous time for the leadership, allowing them to do more of what they need to do to GROW the company.
