With this course, we have taken the thousands of coaching sessions we’ve had with business owners and compiled them into short videos that you can access anytime, anywhere. From planning, to launch, to scaling –and everything in between.

The 60 Days to Build a Strong Restoration Company is designed for a busy owner who is limited in time and is looking for a way to finally get started on focusing on the areas of the business that are holding it back.

In this course, you will receive 60 consecutive days of videos focusing on the framework to build and run a sustainable restoration company. Ranging between 6-15 minutes, they are easily consumed and can be viewed from your laptop or phone. 

You also gain access to a library of resources that allow you to watch and learn as often as you’d like, as well as share with your team. And finally, access to a private community of peers that are on the same journey. This is NOT a Facebook or social media group.

There are lessons on some technical aspects, this should not be labeled as a Technical Industry Course. There are many coaches who have built great programs focused on the technical side (ie. contents, drying, cleaning, etc.) of a restoration business. However, this course is solely focused on the foundations of running a restoration business. We are not technical coaches, we are business coaches who will help you run a more technically advanced company.
