Starting Jan 18th we will be meeting every 2 weeks for 5 sessions to collaborate and develop a alternative pricing model for your business!
We will provide a template for attendees, and will have peer collaboration in addition to instruction and guidance from Toby, who one of the coaches at Restoration Advisers.
There are many ways to price jobs. Some use programs with published pricing, others use in house rate sheets, square foot pricing, or other means of determining pricing. In this group we will work together to help understand how we can use historical data to develop a different pricing model for your business. Or maybe you have the model you want, but you want it to be refined.
We will not be discussing a particular program or software. We are going to talk about understanding what your overhead and profit are in your business and making sure that those are covered before the wheels on your vehicles roll.
We will use concepts and principles from the book Markup & Profit found in our Book Vault.
