Starting Jan 18th we will be meeting every 2 weeks for 5 sessions to discuss the book "The Power of Who" and how to utilize your relationship network to increase opportunities.
We urge attendees to get the book The Power of Who from our Book Vault before the Workshop begins. We will have peer collaboration in addition to instruction and guidance from Toby, who one of the coaches at Restoration Advisers.
There are many ways to price jobs. Some use programs with published pricing, others use in house rate sheets, square foot pricing, or other means of determining pricing. In this Mastermind group we will work together to help understand how we can use historical data to develop a different pricing model for your business. Or maybe you have the model you want, but you want it to be refined.
