  • Cocktail event on Tuesday evening
  • There is free time built into the schedule for you to explore the town, the glaciers, or to relax in the manner that you choose.

Attendees and significant others are responsible for travel to and from the event. 
There are only 25 seats available for the business meetings. Business partners or leaders are welcome and encouraged to attend. Be sure to purchase 1 seat for each attendee. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring a spouse or significant other. There will be plenty of time to for shared experiences outside of the business meetings. There is a discounted fee for the spouse or significant other that will be sharing a room. They are welcome to join the cocktail events and the meals on Thursday and Friday.
