We are so excited to get started! 
This journey never gets old for us. We get excited with every new opportunity to help the restoration industry be a little bit better than it was yesterday!
 
Our commitment to you is that:
  • We will be early or on time to prescheduled weekly meetings. 
  • We will be available for support outside of scheduled calls as our time allows.
  • We may request to call back if we are not immediately available. 
 
As previously outlined, the retainer of $2000 provides the following:
  • Two to four scheduled call with you on specific coaching sessions. If you wanted to have other team members join, that would be included. We just ask that notification be given as needed.
  • Additional unscheduled calls outside of the schedule (subject to the availability of the RA team). These may be to bounce off ideas for a few minutes, discuss a specific urgent issue or have a call with a staff member one on one for their needs.
  • Help in creating, development or sharing of any processes and systems implementation
  • Any templates/ documents that we specifically have

We strongly encourage a 2 day onsite visit in the 2nd or 3rd month of our partnership. Our standard rates are

  • $2000 daily (dedicated full day). We have found that 2 days is generally a best practice. 
  • Travel (at cost). Hotel, Travel, Transportation (if needed). This is often approx. $1500-2000.

Immediate action needed:

  • Please provide a few options for day(s) & time(s) that will work on a regular basis. We will pick one that works for both of us, and commit to that moving forward. 
  • We understand that you are running a business that is by nature reactionary, so we understand that there may be circumstances that require a reschedule. The goal is to eliminate this by having the proper support staff to manage the operations and these unexpected circumstances.
