my estimator, calls the HO and lets him know there has been some pushback from the insurance and that we are emailing him (the HO) in response to that (We do not work for the insurance). So my estimator emails the HO (with the adjuster attached) and lets him know that we get paid every day for T&M invoicing and the cost has been incurred. We recommend the HO to ask for the policy language where his insurance does not accept this. We get an email back from the HO saying that the Adjuster called him to tell him that since we would not 'negotiate' on pricing schedules that they would pay off his 'comparative' and the adjuster takes issue with the way we itemized our invoice. QUOTE from HO "blah blah woof woof" HAHA. Thanks Restoration Advisers for the support!
